Cipriani sauce, Grana Padano flakes, arugula
Classic Italian Carpaccio consists of thinly sliced beef with the original sauce from Harry's Bar in Venice.
Halibut filet tranche - pan-seared
Coriander lime rice, green asparagus, jalapeño, and avocado/crème fraîche dressing

Made from the same grape as the great Burgundy wines. A fresh and well-rounded Chardonnay with a fine, balanced mouthfeel.
Our kitchen is Italian with a twist – the menu features juicy steaks, stone oven-baked pizzas, and creamy pasta dishes. Pair your meal with either a fine wine from our extensive selection or one of our many specialty beers.
From our retro Citroën HY, we also serve a good cup of coffee and a piece of cake – the selection changes with the seasons and the chef's mood.
