Restaurant Damende is beautifully situated in the heart of Southern Jutland's nature, with a direct panoramic view of Haderslev Dam and Haderslev Deer Park. At Damende, food is made using high-quality ingredients—preferably organic. Many of the ingredients are sourced locally. The dishes are prepared from scratch, well-cooked, and presented in an inviting way. The vision is to serve simple and honest food.
