Klægager – Den gamle Digegreves Gaard

Welcome to Klægager - Denmark's Most Beautiful Farm. We open our doors in Week 9 with a delightful three-course menu featuring local ingredients.


Starter: Pumpkin soup with parsley oil, crème fraîche, and crunchy garnish
Main Course: Lamb marinated in Ballum Brown from Vadehavsbryggeriet, served with a variety of winter vegetables and root vegetables, along with our creation of a baked potato with sauce and delicious pumpkin purée, as well as root vegetable chips
Dessert: Delicious samples of Southern Jutland coffee table treats

From Tuesday, February 25th, to Thursday, February 27th, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, you can experience Klægager’s exclusive gourmet menu for only 295 DKK per person. Beverages can be purchased separately.
Sharing the farm’s history and the local area’s possibilities is close to our hearts, including in the kitchen, where we take pride in using local ingredients to create delicious and exciting dishes for our guests.
