Guide book to the Baltic Sea Cycling Route N8
The 820-km Baltic Sea Cycling Route winds its way through a wide variety of coastal landscapes, idyllic villages and across a number of islands. The route offers unique experiences all year round, and the opportunity to experience local life up close. There are also various attractions to suit all tastes along the route.
In the guide book, the Baltic Sea Cycling Route is divided into 14 stages. Dividing the entire length of the route into stages makes it more manageable, and if you don’t feel like tackling the entire length of the route in one go, it’s easy to return at a later date and set out on a new stage or two.
Each stage is accompanied by a description, a specially highlighted attraction and a recommendation of five good places to visit. Furthermore, there’s a detailed map of the route, whilst places to stay overnight, toilets and shopping are marked, in addition to other practical information.
Apart from the stages themselves, the guide book contains a general description of the route, good advice about the trip and an easy-to-read general map.
The guidebook has 169 pages and contains 56 detailed maps in 1:75,000 scale.
