Starter: Baltic Sea consommé, turbot, and herbs.
Intermediate course: young Gråsten hen with chervil.
Main course: Côte de Boeuf with fries and béarnaise sauce. Dessert: chocolate fondant with passion fruit sorbet and something crispy.
