In Week 9, the Gourmet Week menu consists of 3 servings:

Starter: Salmon rillette on a bed of baby greens, served with homemade bread
Main Course: Veal fillet served with truffle jus, roasted potatoes, and seasonal vegetables
Dessert: Vanilla panna cotta served with an elderberry coulis
