Gram Slot
Starter: Rustic Nordic hummus made from organic Ingrid peas from Gram Slot, served with rye chips and topped with crispy smoked beef tenderloin.
Main course: Our own organic slow-cooked tenderloin, glazed Gram Slot onions, cauliflower purée, pickled kohlrabi, and red wine glaze. Accompanied by pommes Anna made from Gram Slot’s organic potatoes.
Dessert: Apple mousse cake with a hint of cinnamon and rum, topped with crispy meringue.

The Gram Slot restaurant is located in the castle’s historic stable with a lovely view of the castle lake, Gram River, and Gram Slot itself. Here, you can enjoy a peaceful lunch, a delicious dinner, or host a celebration for up to 90 guests. The head chef crafts menus based on seasonal ingredients and takes pride in creating exciting dishes using organic ingredients from Gram Slot’s own farm.
