Flame-Grilled Salmon & BBQ with Oysterking

Join our BBQ evenings where the renowned Oysterking will always grill his famous and exquisite flame-grilled salmon, along with delicious Højer sausages. Additionally, there will be grilled vegetables, Pia's grandmother's potato salad, and local bread.

What else will be on the grill that evening will vary each time. It can be anything from oysters to cheeses to Rømø shrimps, and so on. The menu will be updated continuously.

This will take place every Wednesday and Saturday throughout the summer, starting Wednesday, July 17th.
